Spring Garden Risotto

The local asparagus harvest heralds the start of the growing season in Michigan. For our culinary team, it is always a welcome sign of very good things to come. To celebrate, we've created a dish with all the textures, colors and flavors of spring. Our risotto of Michigan asparagus, sugar snap peas, radicchio, zucchini, leek, red onion, fennel, rosemary and thyme is delicate, satisfying, and oh so fresh.
